The Narragansett is a mixed-use building that has been providing permanent, supportive housing on the Upper West Side of Manhattan since 1994 for low-income New Yorker's, the medically fragile, and other special need populations. HSI recently completed an HPD funded construction rehab with tenants in place; upgrades included: new boiler, new hot water heaters, upgraded electric, life safety and security systems, office/programmatic space and much more. 



Location: Upper West Side. Chase CDC & NYC-financed for 78 special need populations and 22 low-income single adults; completed 1994. In 2012 completed $7.1 million HPD funded renovations with tenants-in-place.​
